At Charlotte Allstar Gymnastics & Cheerleading LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allstar Cheerleading Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young athletes and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging cheerleading programs for athletes of all skill levels.
• Provide expert instruction and guidance to athletes, focusing on proper technique and safety.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive and supportive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, lesson plans, and administrative tasks efficiently.
