Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to address client stakeholder requirements.
  • Engage with a diverse range of companies at various developmental stages: Start-up, Growth, Scale, and Exit.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to processes through streamlining, automation, or the introduction of new software solutions.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and actively participate in client meetings.
  • Create comprehensive client service strategies and engage in project team discussions.
  • Utilize advanced software tools, including MS Excel, to fulfill accounting and finance responsibilities.
  • Occasionally travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles is required.
  • Experience in public or private accounting/consulting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling is essential.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles, including month/year-end close processes, general ledger management, financial reporting, and cash flow modeling.
  • Experience in private equity and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or certifications like CPA or CMA are advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
