Job Responsibilities
  • Aid in the development of functional skills such as managing medication routines, budgeting skills, learning how to access healthcare, and independent daily living skills.
  • Provide linkage to community resources and maintain required documentation.
  • Participate in skill-building activities to increase ability to integrate recovery and wellness practices into daily activities.
  • Recognize and respond to conditions that constitute an emergency.
  • Provides input into the Person-Centered Plan.

About Us

SouthLight is a nonprofit provider of substance use treatment and mental health services with multiple office locations throughout the Triangle area. We provide prevention, education, and treatment services, serving over 9,000 clients each year. Our commitment to values, employees, and clients sets us apart from other organizations.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of 1 year working with the adult MH/SA population in a community setting.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and $18.00 per hour. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
