Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Children's Development Coach to join our team in Paradise Valley. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our proprietary program to children aged 4-9, focusing on brain, physical, and character development. Key Responsibilities
* Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by our HQ programming team
* Lead camps of up to 20 children, ages ranging from 4-9
* Ensure camp starts and ends on schedule and follow the appropriate pace of curriculum
* Greet students and parents/guardians as they arrive to camp
* Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading camp
* Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various exercises
* Keep accurate records of attendance at all times
* Ensure cleanliness of the center, including the lobby, bathrooms, and blue floors
* Effectively use the KS Coach's App to record class data and provide records of data for parents
* Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack
* Complete training through LearnUpon as required by our HQ Training and Certification team

Requirements
* Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
* Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range is preferred
* Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
* CPR certified
* Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
* Self-starter who just gets the job done

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $18.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and free food & snacks.
