Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team at Allergy Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our medical office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise practice staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and implement business operations, including financial management, human resources, and marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office or related business office, with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue cycle management, staff supervision, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
