Join Our Team as a Clinical Supervisor LCSW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our team members, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular weekly one-on-one supervision to your selected supervisees
  • Sign off on their clinical documentation
  • Ensure their work is within clinical and ethical expectations as well as company policies
  • Report to the Clinical Director on any issues that arise with supervisees

Requirements:

  • LCSW license in the state of Idaho for a minimum of 2 years
  • Tier 4 = Minimum of 3+ years of full-time clinical experience post-receiving independent clinical license
  • Prompt and effective communicator
  • Comfort with presenting to groups when needed
  • Model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Comfort with a highly automated intake process - electronic paperwork, patient portals, etc.
  • Comfort with collecting the patient's financial responsibility at time of service
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must have a Coaching Leadership style and easily be in line with Ellie's Core Values
