**Job Overview**

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in grades K-6th at an elementary school in Sylmar, California. This full-time position involves developing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with school staff to create positive educational experiences for students with behavioral needs.

**Estimated Salary:** $48-$52 per hour

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students in K-6th grade.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administrators to implement and monitor interventions.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Monitor and collect data on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure student success.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to student behavioral goals and plans.
  • Offer consultation and guidance on best practices for creating a positive behavioral environment in the classroom.

**Qualifications:**

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged students.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
