Resumen del Trabajo: Únete a Cole Engineering como Especialista en Soporte de Sistemas Cibernéticos de Nivel I-III. Estamos buscando individuos para ofrecer asistencia técnica a los usuarios finales en la plataforma Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE). Tus responsabilidades principales incluirán resolver consultas de los usuarios, documentar problemas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio operativo.

En este rol, serás responsable de monitorear los problemas reportados, realizar investigaciones exhaustivas y solucionar problemas utilizando información del producto para ofrecer soluciones integrales. También se espera que proporciones orientación sobre enfoques de resolución de problemas y escales cuestiones según sea necesario.

Además, ayudarás en el soporte de actualizaciones de software, configuración de perfiles de usuario y mantenimiento de cuentas de usuario para garantizar una respuesta oportuna y niveles de servicio de alta calidad.

Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo: Como miembro del equipo de soporte de la plataforma, el ingeniero utilizará herramientas de Jira Service Manager y vSphere para monitorear y mantener la plataforma PCTE, garantizando su rendimiento óptimo. Este puesto es para el turno diurno de lunes a viernes.

Supervisarás la creación de cuentas de usuario, abordarás problemas de la plataforma planteados por los usuarios y asegurarás resoluciones rápidas. Además, incorporarás comentarios de los usuarios para mejoras continuas en la experiencia del cliente. Este soporte integral abarca sistemas clasificados bajo niveles de seguridad No Clasificado, Sec/REL y Top-Secret.

  • Poseer habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal sólidas para colaborar sin problemas dentro de un entorno de equipo y apoyar a las partes interesadas.
  • Mostrar atención al detalle al ingresar información de usuario para asegurar precisión, minimizando la necesidad de acciones correctivas.
  • Capacidad para analizar problemas del mundo real e implementar soluciones siguiendo las pautas corporativas, las mejores prácticas de la industria y los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Ofrecer soporte a nivel profesional para entornos virtuales, funciones de red y otros desafíos técnicos.
  • Demostrar adaptabilidad para satisfacer las necesidades y requisitos del cliente de manera efectiva.

Habilidades Deseadas:

  • El candidato ideal debe ser flexible en su horario de trabajo, incluyendo la capacidad de trabajar en diferentes turnos y fines de semana.
  • Apoyar la configuración, ejecución y solución de problemas de entornos virtuales creados por los usuarios dentro de PCTE.
  • Conocimiento en Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Identity Management (IdM) y Single Sign-On (SSO) utilizando Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
  • Interactuar de manera competente con proveedores, usuarios, clientes y desarrolladores para comprender las necesidades cambiantes y los requisitos operativos que impactan el entorno de producción para ofrecer soluciones integrales.

Educación/Experiencia Requerida:

  • Título universitario en una disciplina técnica como TI, informática, sistemas o ingeniería de software de una universidad acreditada. (5 años de experiencia en lugar de título).
  • Certificación 8570 Compliant IAT Nivel II o superior. Se requiere Security+, CISSP u otra certificación equivalente dentro de los seis meses posteriores a la contratación.

Otros Requisitos: De acuerdo con las especificaciones de un contrato gubernamental, la elegibilidad para este puesto requiere estatus de ciudadanía estadounidense y una autorización de seguridad TS/SCI.
