Join Bethel University's athletic department as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Volleyball team. This is a graduate assistant position that will provide hands-on experience in all phases of recruiting, strength and conditioning, and team management.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Coach in recruiting potential student-athletes, including planning and coordinating strength and conditioning sessions, academic monitoring, and social media engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid to enroll quality student-athletes.
  • Plan, organize, and administer all strength and conditioning sessions in coordination with the Head Coach and athletic training staff.
  • Assist with team travel logistics, including vehicle requests, hotel accommodations, and meal preparation.
  • Participate in fundraising efforts and community service endeavors.
