Advanced Anesthesia Specialist

CHRISTUS St. Vincent is a leading healthcare provider in Santa Fe, New Mexico, offering a unique opportunity for experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team.
We are seeking highly skilled CRNAs to work in a supervised model with a high degree of autonomy, providing top-notch anesthesia care to patients at our Level 3 Trauma center.
**Key Benefits:**
- A competitive annual base salary of $240,000
- Additional compensation for call shifts, including a flat rate and bonus opportunities
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan with a 4.25% employer contribution
- CME and licensure allowance of $5,000 annually
- Fully paid malpractice coverage

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited training program
- NBCRNA certification
- At least two years' experience practicing as a CRNA
