We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans for critically ill patients
  • Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program (BSN graduate preferred)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts
  • BLS (AHA/ARC) ACLS required
  • 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
