Customer Service Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including alterations and personalization options, to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with processing orders, receiving, and maintaining first-quality standards for all merchandise.
  • Cash Wrap Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring every customer feels celebrated.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve Five-Star Customer Service and support store operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree or 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and use computer and electronic devices for long periods.
