Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients, assisting registered nurses with activities of daily living
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment, monitoring patients' needs and advocating for their well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any social science or comparable behavioral health experience
  • Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients
  • Excellent written and communication skills
