About the Role

  • Lead and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and welcoming to customers.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and operational costs.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
