A Competitive Salary

About the Role

As a Burn Services Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding results. You will utilize your critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities to address complex patient needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Promoting a culture of safety and respect within the hospital

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure in Nevada as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated current RN experience in Burn Services/Care
  • ACLS, BCLS, ABLS certification within 1 year of hire
  • Ability to participate in considerable walking and standing, moderate lifting, and exposure to patient elements and handling of emergencies and critical patient incidents
