Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team in Crescent City, CA. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work with students of all ages, providing behavioral support and supervision to new Behavior Intervention Technicians (BITs) on staff. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support to students of all ages
  • Supervise new BITs on staff
  • Work with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessionals (Paras) on staff

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA License
