About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Costco. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing raw meat for sale using various equipment such as saws, knives, grinders, and tenderizers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and trim raw meat to meet customer specifications
- Operate and maintain meat grinders and other equipment
- Clean and sanitize the meat preparation area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or in a related role
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
