We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at a nonprofit, community-based organization in coastal California. This is a permanent and full-time position on Day Shift (including Saturday and Sunday).

**Job Summary:**

This role involves performing routine testing of biological specimens and reviewing test results and quality assessment data. You will also provide skilled technical support in the laboratory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing skilled technical support in the laboratory.


The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree and a California License as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS). SBB certification is preferred. Experience in an immunohematology reference laboratory or a high volume blood bank laboratory is essential.

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $52 per hour, along with fantastic benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans; 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; tuition reimbursement; paid time off; paid holidays, and flexible spending program.
