About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at Lot Management. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up trash and empty trash receptacles as needed.
  • Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning cobwebs.
  • Clean exterior surfaces of windows, window sills, and doors.
  • Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil.
  • Inspect public areas for cleanliness and notify the supervisor of any issues.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and able to identify and manage priorities.
  • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job.
  • Janitorial experience preferred.
