We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant for our esteemed client in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain an efficient and organized filing system
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Generate reports and assist with various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate on multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met

About the Role:

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information responsibly
