Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain an efficient and organized filing system
- Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Generate reports and assist with various administrative tasks
- Collaborate on multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
About the Role:
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of handling confidential information responsibly
