Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Trainer/Educator to join our team in New London, CT. As a key member of our academic support staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction and program administration.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent work experience as a licensed Plumber, excluding apprenticeship, and must hold a current P1 or P2 license in Connecticut. Additionally, they will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a strong ability to mentor and train faculty members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective instructional delivery, oversee teaching activities, and ensure students' academic success
  • Provide student services, including guidance and support, to help students develop employable skills
  • Utilize plumbing expertise to enhance course content and instructional methods
  • Manage program operations, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards
