About the Role

In this role as Habilitation Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will assist with daily living activities, implement program plans, and participate in case conferences. Your strong communication skills and ability to analyze problems will be invaluable in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and feeding
  • Implement program plans, including behavior and treatment plans
  • Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary planning
  • Collect data for written program plans
  • Provide necessary program support and coverage

Qualifications

  • Valid New York State Driver's License
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
  • Covid-19 vaccination required

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months of related experience preferred

Compensation

  • $17.51 - $19.06/hourly + industry-leading benefits
