About the Role

As a Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting. Your primary focus will be on assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their progress. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid RN license in the state where the position is located
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
