Veterinary Dental Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our veterinary dental team as a Client Care Coordinator. Our state-of-the-art veterinary dental specialty practice is a new referral practice with brand new equipment and state-of-the-art technology.
Responsibilities:- Manage client interactions, referrals from our veterinary community, and support the veterinary team.
- Request and manage client records, appointments, and billing.
- Prepare and review referral medical records and documents ahead of consultations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and referring veterinary practices.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming space for clients in the waiting area and exam rooms.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with all hospital staff members.
- Manage administrative inventory supplies and ensure availability for waiting clients.
- Effectively manage communication within the clinic and delegate tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a veterinary setting, particularly in dentistry or a related field, is required.
- Proficiency in using EzyVet veterinary practice management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to present oneself positively and professionally.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients and staff members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
