As a Service Advisor at Palmen Buick GMC Cadillac, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Reporting to our Service Manager, you will oversee the service department, managing time inventory, enforcing company policies and standards, and complying with state laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing service orders, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service, and taking ownership of the customer's experience. You will also provide concierge support for owner inquiries, answer technical questions, and ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor who can provide exceptional customer service and lead our service team to success. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service orders and flow of Service Drive Lanes
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience
  • Provide concierge support for owner inquiries
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repair
  • Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • GM Dealership experience as a Service Advisor strongly preferred
  • CDK/ADP knowledge a must
  • Strong time management skills
