Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager II to join our team at Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field and a minimum of one year of experience working with children in the mental health field or a related social service field.

The Case Manager II will be responsible for providing case management and rehabilitative services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings. This includes providing crisis intervention services, coordinating referrals, and linking clients with community resources. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and community partners.

The starting salary for this position is $49,201.67. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salaries, 4% 403B employer contribution, 3% merit and 4% bonus increase potential, 10 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays.

Key responsibilities of the Case Manager II include:

  • Coordinating behavioral health referrals and follow-up services
  • Providing case management and rehabilitative services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Linking clients with community resources and services
  • Providing crisis intervention services on a 24-hour basis
  • Responsible for providing direct/in direct case management and/or rehab services to maintain minimum agency productivity requirement of 25 hours billable service per week

Special knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position include:

  • Ability to evaluate situations and adopt an effective course of action
  • Ability to establish working relationships with clinical, administrative, and support staff
  • Good working knowledge of community social service resources and basic crisis management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in an emotionally intelligent manner

Physical requirements of the position include the ability to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, and communicating clearly.
