Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35, complemented by an uncapped incentive plan, ensuring your earnings potential is truly unlimited. This is in addition to a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match, as well as paid time off and more.

About the Role

This opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with other dental professionals to deliver top-notch patient care. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with dentists to develop patient care plans based on American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
  • Managing your schedule effectively to ensure comprehensive patient care and education
  • Expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
  • Working closely with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • An active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
