">Job OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and skilled Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires the ability to develop strong relationships with clients, provide product solutions that meet their needs, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Exhibit expert consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, optional packages, and latest technologies to become a trusted advisor for clients.
- Demonstrate new and used vehicles in a professional manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful purchase experiences and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to set goals, track progress, and implement changes as needed.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and improve product knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
