Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Quick Quack Car Wash. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, leading daily operations, and coaching and developing our team members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Assist the Store Leader in hiring and training new team members, and develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of team members, monitor store performance, and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Assist the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of team members in accordance with company policy.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers, and ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
