About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Communications Specialist to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain wireless communication systems, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on communication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with communication systems, including identifying and resolving technical problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field.
  • Two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline or military equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to comply with company motor vehicle policy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
