Job Summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly skilled Showroom Coordinator to join our team. As a Showroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a luxury environment in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized experiences for customers by offering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Manage inventory, including sending and receiving product from our headquarters and external vendors.
  • Facilitate order fulfillment, including preparing and packaging customer materials and managing inventory.
  • Maintain a luxury environment in the showroom and uphold visual merchandising and retail operations standards.
  • Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative or scheduling them for a return visit.
  • Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience and add value to the sales team.
