We are seeking a seasoned product management professional to lead the development and execution of product and growth strategies for advertising and marketing technology products serving iconic CPG and Retail brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy, pricing, packaging, and roadmap for CPG and Retail vertical solutions. You will synthesize market feedback to identify revenue growth opportunities and competitive threats, and collaborate with key stakeholders to set go-to-market priorities and track revenue growth or other key performance indicators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Defining client challenges, sizing opportunities, and prioritizing initiatives for the CPG and Retail verticals that are differentiated, scalable, and repeatable.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product and growth strategies.
  • Reporting progress against established goals to senior management and proactively implementing adjustments to plans when they start to go off track.
  • Training cross-functional teams on the "what, why, and how" of the CPG and Retail solutions.
  • Working with marketing and sales to drive vertical customization of product positioning, case studies, and marketing collateral.

Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management with AdTech or MarTech solutions, and 5+ years as a people manager.
  • Direct, relevant industry experience with CPG and/or Retail.
  • Owned several products or solutions from introduction through launch and into maturity.
  • Experience effectively influencing stakeholders and driving resolutions.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
