Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic II to join our team at Henry County, GA. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on vehicles and specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and share knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Equipment or Mechanical Repair preferred.
  • Three (3) years of related experience in equipment and vehicle maintenance.
  • Valid Georgia Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing. You will work in a variety of environments, including outdoors in varying weather conditions.
