Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves extensive travel throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada, with occasional trips to Europe.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge for onsite troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers to determine the issue(s) at hand.
  • Perform diagnosis of various systems when problems occur.
  • Repair equipment based on diagnosis to return it to an operational state.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area and provide training to customer personnel.
  • Install and run-off new equipment and document services performed.
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel extensively.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, CNC equipment operation, and schematics (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license, passport, and clean records.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $73k to $82k per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and partial match up to 8%.

Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel for weeks at a time, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working area.
