This job posting is for a Registered Nurse position at Payson Care Center, a leading healthcare provider in Payson, AZ.

About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing support to our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
  • Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associates or bachelors degree in nursing)
  • Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
