About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at WellStar MCG in Augusta, GA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time Critical Care Dietitian III position that will cover cardiac intensive care, cardiac unit, and other units as assigned. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in dietetics, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality improvement initiatives, including patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays.
  • Educate healthcare team members, including residents, physicians, and nurses.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary rounding and performance improvement projects.
  • Precept dietetic interns and provide nutrition support as part of nutrition assessments and re-assessments.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure in GA (required prior to starting).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with Cerner medical records is a plus.
