Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Carrboro, North Carolina. As an Occupational Therapist with LHC Group, you will be responsible for providing age-appropriate services for adult to geriatric patients, including comprehensive assessments, direct treatment, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates patients to determine rehab potential, identifies needs, and establishes individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborates with patients and families in goal setting and achievement.
  • Schedules patients at appropriate times for therapy.
  • Identifies patient and family education needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, be licensed in Occupational Therapy in the state of practice, and have CPR certification. Recent graduates who have applied for registration may be considered for provisional appointment.
