Director of Respiratory Therapy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Manager to lead our Respiratory Services team in Alaska. This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent career growth opportunities.

Job Overview:

  • Daily management of Respiratory Services, ensuring high-quality clinical care coordination to patients;
  • Staff supervision and mentorship to support professional development;
  • Serving as a clinical resource to staff and providing education/training to enhance their skills;

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction;
  2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional patient experiences;
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of respiratory therapies and best practices to inform decision-making;

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience;
