As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and provide individualized care to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
- Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
