Job Summary: As a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression. Your duties will include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed. You will also be part of the Front-End Service team and will be expected to have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather carts from the parking lot and move them to the store
Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed
Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions
Work as part of the Front-End Service team

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move heavy carts
Ability to work in all weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
