Customer Service Liaison for On Call Reception

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As an On Call Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients during peak hours.

**Job Description:**

This role involves working on a part-time basis as a receptionist when employees are away on vacation, sick leave, or holidays. You will need to be available to work various shifts, including dayshift (6:30am-3pm) and evening shifts (3pm-11pm), Monday through Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, and taking messages
  • Monitoring fire alarm systems and facility cameras
  • Selling meal tickets and stamps to guests, family members, and facility employees
  • Making initial records of cash received for employee meals
  • Keeping a daily log of activity for the shift being worked
  • Providing reports to guards and receiving reports from them
  • Assisting facility visitors

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Basic math skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

**Estimated Salary Range:** $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
