Clinical Therapist Opportunity in Outpatient Mental Health

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional or clinical trainee to join our team in our outpatient mental health program.

We are looking for an individual with a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling, or related field who is on the licensure track or already licensed in Minnesota.

This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours, including day and evening shifts. Our offices are comfortable professional spaces, and we offer competitive compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with other professionals, and possess a strong knowledge base and therapeutic readiness to provide individual diagnostic assessment and therapy.

We also welcome applicants with experience working in Child Trauma Screening Treatment (CTSS), although this is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual diagnostic assessments and therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling, or related field
  • On licensure track or already licensed in Minnesota
  • Criminal background check upon start date
