About the Job

  • We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Personal Caregiver to join our team. As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to our elderly clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, and running errands.
  • Shift times, days, and activities will vary depending on client needs, but we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle.

Requirements

">
  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred, but not necessary. We will pay for your training to get certified and licensed.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check.
  • Honest, energetic, approachable, and a caring heart to help others in need – that’s what we’re looking for

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is $20-$22 per hour, based on industry standards and location in Spokane County. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our employees.
