Job Summary

The Office Supervisor is a key member of the Compass Health Network team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception areas. This role involves supervising Customer Relations Specialists, managing patient flow, and providing administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of payment posting and batches for direct staff
  • Review and sign off on all sliding fee paperwork
  • Serve as the initial contact for resolving patient complaints and other matters
  • Schedule CRS staff to ensure coverage for office locations
  • Work to ensure provider scheduling is correct
  • Supervise Customer Relations Specialists and provide back-up support as needed
  • Provide reports on office efficiency and patient flow as requested

Requirements

  • High School/GED required
  • At least two (2) years experience as a front office staff member in a medical, behavioral, or administrative setting preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
