Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Heirloom Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of property excellence across our portfolio of residential rental units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and effectively repair and maintain various residential property types, as scheduled daily.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work completed, expenses incurred, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Previous residential maintenance experience, with a strong background in plumbing and electrical work.
  • A personal vehicle and a well-maintained toolkit, as well as a willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with related apps and systems.
  • Strong technological skills, including work order documentation through a cellphone application.
