Role Overview

In this role, you'll support our store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You'll act as a role model to employees, supporting selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently treat customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Become an expert on our brand's selling behaviors, role modeling them with every customer who walks through our doors.
  • Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, focusing on the customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure work tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
  • Leverage omni-channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements

  • Provide clear and direct communication of expectations.
  • Utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate interest and initiative towards continuous improvement and growth.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Can lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
