Job Description
This role involves providing high-quality patient care as part of Northside Hospital's Choice+ Program. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will work independently to plan and deliver care according to physician orders and established guidelines. Your collaboration with unit-specific teams will be crucial in ensuring seamless patient care and support for families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- At least two years of post-residency experience in relevant clinical areas
- Demonstrated competency in at least two specialty areas
- Certification in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and other unit-specific cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications
- Compliance with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) personnel qualifications and responsibilities requirements
- Competency level requirements for the Choice+ Program
Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel experience, a BSN degree, national certification in a clinical specialty, or other relevant attributes may be considered advantageous for this role. Please refer to specific clinical units for additional education and certification requirements.
