Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to join our team at Guinco Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Appliance Repair and Maintenance: Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and laundry equipment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and responding to customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, tech support, dispatch routing, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Decision Making: Make decisions in a timely fashion to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Possess basic computer skills and iPad knowledge, as well as technical and mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair complex appliance issues.
