**Salary**
The selected candidate can expect a competitive base salary, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance. Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000.
**Job Description**
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven professional to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with customers, provide prompt and accurate service, and respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a Property & Casualty license, Life and Health license, and be able to learn computer functions. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and dedicated to customer service.
