Admissions Director

We are seeking a visionary Admissions Director to spearhead our reputation management and community engagement efforts in Bethlehem, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating our center's reputation, driving census growth, and fostering meaningful relationships with our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance our center's reputation and brand within the local community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive referral generation and admissions growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Stay up-to-date on payer plans and benefits verifications, educating patients and families on how to best utilize these resources for their care plans.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of college education in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45-$55K per year.
